About Windham Properties

Born & Raised in Southern California, Chase spent 3 years playing college football at Cal Poly SLO in the Central Coast, where he studied Business & Entrepreneurship. During Chase’s Sophomore year when he was Interning at the San Diego Airport, as a Project Engineer he decided to Buy his first house at 21 years old on his lunch break, from listening to many podcasts on his drive to work. The Passion, and love for Real Estate was born but there was still one problem missing, which was giving back & educating, and that’s when Windham Properties was born.

Since 2023, Windham Properties has provided Quality Affordable Housing for Low Income Families that are in need of a helping hand. Through expansion we decided to start helping Home Owners who are facing Foreclosure, Dealing with an unwanted Inherited home, and have properties they cant get rid of because of Costly Repairs, Tax Liens, Bad Tenants, Job Relocation, Code Violations, Financial Distress, a fresh start.
